Architectural Fabrics for Pre-Engineered Tension Structures - Gaming Facility

Stressed membrane structure with Shelter-Rite® architectural fabrics helps gaming facility beat the challenge of constant UV rays in Arizona.
Indian Gaming Facility

Shelter-Rite® archtectural fabric by Seaman Corporation helped create an Indian Gaming Pavilion that would maintain its attractive appearance, in spite of the hot Arizona sun.

The 21,000-square-foot stressed membrane structure is fully insulated and air conditioned, utilizing high quality 24-ounce opaque Shelter-Rite PVC with a custom, Concord Cream Tedlar® finish.

The surface was also suitable for an attractive horizontal accent pattern, providing an inviting environment for thousands of visitors each year.

One of the key concerns in selecting the architectural fabric, created by Sprung Instant Structures, Inc., was the intense heat of the constant UV rays typical of central Arizona.

However, test results show the Shelter-Rite PVC fabric with Tedlar finish is easily capable of resisting the effects of the environment, maintaining the pavilion's good looks for many, many years.
